Frogfruit is an excellent low growing ground cover that plays well with other plants and provides tremendous wildlife value. It blooms in the summer and early fall, and its small white blooms are frequently visited by bees and butterflies. Frogfruit should not be mowed when blooming. If mowed while flowering, it may take years for it to recover.

Frogfruit spreads quickly and can cover large areas in no time. It can handle various soil and sun conditions. It can tolerate both drought and periodical flooding conditions.  The flowers attract various pollinators. It is a versatile plant that has its place in any garden.
