Also known as Green Milkweed Vine, Netted Milkvine or Net Vein Milkvine.

Pearl Milkweed Vine is a dainty plant with small but intricate, green, star-shaped flowers with a iridescent pearl-like center. Flowers are followed by a large seedpod. Pearl Milkweed Vine dies back to the ground every winter but comes back reliably.

It does well in a woodland edge locations with well-draining soils. It oozes out a white milky sap when a leaf is broken off. It produces a large seedpod with silky seed threads and many seeds.
