Maurandella antirrhiniflora (Snapdragon Vine)

Snapdragon Vine is a delicate, herbaceous vine which usually reaches 5 ft. or more in length. Features small, rose-purple flowers. It is charming, attractive and well worth cultivating as a small, dense vine. 

Snapdragon Vine is a diminutive climber suitable for small trellises and gates or for trailing down from a hanging basket. The flowers resemble miniature, individual snapdragon blossoms. It is fairly cold hardy in Central Texas, protect it north of Austin. Host plant for the Common Buckeye butterfly.
